All accommodation is offered subject to availability at the time of booking and the tariffs applicable according to type of room.

The Villas are available from 3pm onwards on day of arrival. Earlier check in may be possible with prior arrangement. Please contact our representative for permission.

The Villas must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

Accounts are to be paid by 9am on the day of departure. We accept cash and bank transfer only.

Amendments to a confirmed booking will only be accepted if received in writing via email no less than 48 hours prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Should you require to cancel your booking with us, the following charges will apply:-

Day 0-2 inclusive to booking: 100% of reservation amount payable

Day 3-7 inclusive to booking: 50% of reservation amount payable

We reserve the right to terminate any contract should the conduct of any person cause detriment to the well-being of any other guests. All breakages, damage or mis-use of property will be charged to your account.

The Villas are NON-SMOKING establishments. Any guess that does smoke on the premises will be charged a fee of €120 (one hundred and twenty) for additional cleaning of rooms.

Smoking is permitted in designated outside areas where ashtrays are available.

For safety purposes, please make sure all children are supervised at all times by an adult.

No pets are permitted at The Villas.
